I'm wondering now if a fellow Catholic who appears to be a natural taker can somehow transform himself to become a giver - and not due to any coercion or reaction to peer pressure but like you said here, naturally so from within. I feel the world would be a better place if this change could happen.

It is hard to believe sometimes the same Spirit that enabled Jesus in his poverty to pour out such love on the cross, "Father forgive them, they know not what they do," is the same Spirit living in us now. Father, increase our faith to love our enemy! May the name of Jesus be praised forever. Amen. I give thanks to God for your teaching.💝
