But something mentioned in the header of inode as the "file creation time".
Could you please check it once again. Because I believe Unix or Linux does not keep the timestamp regarding creation of the file. The time that is kept is atime, mtime and ctime.
Please keep sharing your knowledge.

ОтветитьCorrect me please if I'm mistaken, but I believe there are 12 direct block pointers, the 13th will be the single indirect, 14th double indirect and 15th triple indirect
