What time of year did you go, as it still looked nice and quiet. When we were there, they were building a 2nd block at the back. Did you try any of the restaurants in Troulos?

We stayed at the Skiathos premier in 2015, and It was great. The Final Step was also our favourite restaurant. The owner at the time told us that she previously owned / ran The Windmill restaurant.
