Help them get their license and make sure they have a safe and legal car. Ensuring they have days off during the week so they can attend their needs. Covering the costs of courses like first aid and manual handling. Ensuring their pay is fair and stable. All essential. And reinvestment builds your rapport, pays itself off through tax refunds and productivity, you don't have to worry about a staff member flaking and it improves quality of life for both of you.
