"Tome of Patina and Self​-recursion" is a fan-anthology of The Caretaker's "Everywhere at the End of Time", which seeks to take a new, more artistic approach to the decline of the mind through the progression of Alzheimer's Disease, as compared to other fan projects, through various experimental means. In place of Stages, or any other similar system, the Tome is split into 20 chapters, documenting the descent of the protagonist as they begin to slip away.
