VMWare Fusion 13 - Windows 11 ARM ISO install tutorial for M1/M2 Macs

Looks like there's a major issue with Windows 11 updates-I had to uninstall quality update, computer wouldn't start-it seems to be update KB5022360, so I wouldn't install it-

When in VMware Fusion 13, with windows 11 up and running, on my M1, can I drag and drop to my Multiple Displays. I have a Sonntech Displaylink for multiple monitors, it works great, I want to move charts around. I guess one would say multiple desktops? THANKS

Can I use this VMware Fusion Player 13 ( Personal Use / Non-commercial use ) in my online paid course ? Will it consider as Commercial use or Non-commercial use ? I use M1 mac operating system.
