So much anger here. I doubt she'd ever be counted among the all-time greats or be compared to Gary Willis, but she does an awesome job at what she does. When you see her on stage with Beyonce, she's absolutely perfect for that position: looks great, moves great, projects a powerful image, all while handling the bass parts with aplomb.

Is she related to T M Stevens?

She has a really happy, positive way about her, and from what I heard, she certainly knows her way around her bass. Really, really bright tone, with that ash/maple combination going (wenge fretboard?). I'd gladly listen to more of her playing and see what she has to offer, for sure.
