I'd rather have the smaller battery and save on weight.
ОтветитьWho, in their right mind, would need a heated steering wheel when they've got an inbuilt car heater.
ОтветитьAlthough I am not a huge fan of electric cars, I must admit that the LEAF is not the most attractive. However, there is a lot of big competetors out there, so I suppose that should be okay. The auditory indication on the car's exterior is not produced by the bose box in the back. That's the sound system's bass box. Very cool! And great review! Thank you for the video!
Ответить60k lots of coin for what it is. Real world price should be around 40k AUD for the E+
ОтветитьNever buy a Nissan Leaf ! I promise you that you will regret it after a few years. Both mine and my wife’s battery packs are slowly failing and Nissan refuses to do Anything about it. And yes they do have a way around the warranty! Consider yourself warned.
ОтветитьI have this car, charging this car is expensive than gasoline,,, all stsios should pay , I’m not happy this car , waste money and time
ОтветитьI've been looking at electric cars because i hate the fuel prices right now, Im in a wheelchair, all these cars suck, not a single has design features that will accomidate a wheelchair bound person, I guess in the future disabled people aren't allowed to drive.
ОтветитьNow we just need subsidies, grants and some bloody infrastructure! Also what is up with the increased registration cost and the VIC EV tax !
Ответитьpajak taunan nya berapa om? utk area jakarta
ОтветитьWow the cost of that thing is crazy.. I’m gonna just buy that rare sports car for 60k
ОтветитьHave a 2020 leaf plus in the US. Has an electronic brake and steering wheel adjustment. Large US and New Jersey rebates bring it way below list. Been great. e-pedal and overhead view like and use a lot. Drive assist fun to play with, but don't use any more. Zero maintenance (so far) and charge in my driveway. Acceleration from low speeds great. Drives well.
ОтветитьGood review but I’m not sure if your prices are over hipped here in the UK you can buy a Nissan Leaf N-Connecta (mid-range model) for £23000, but the cheapest Tesla car comes in at £42000 so the Leaf makes more sense.👍
ОтветитьSo governments see a $60,000 small hatch that can't beat a cheap Toyota corolla as a car that working class people will buy? I guess a lot of people are going to be walking to work in the near future.
ОтветитьNissan New Zealand charges NZ$61,990 for the Leaf. We don't have the e+ version though. That's a lot of money and more than what most New Zealanders can afford. But that silent-quiet operational feel, and good for the environment. Then again charging takes much longer than it takes to refuel a petrol car, and a hybrid car even has 500km+ more range than even the e+ version. The NZ Government wants to be fossil fuel free by 2025, but that ain't going to happen. Maybe in 10 years time EV's will be cheaper AND... Toyota would of come out with an EV by then. The Leaf is cool, not really into the Hyundai.
ОтветитьNo love for the Kona???
ОтветитьI own the old leaf and love it, I’ve done 20k of city driving so far and love it, I paid 14k for an import and based on degradation will get another 5 years or more for my needs. The new leaf has the same body, glass and door panels as the old 2011 model, these are not worth 60 plus K. I’ll have a Tesla thank you. I’d pay 40 for the 62kwh model and 25 for the 40kwh model. Sorry Nissan you know the leaf is dead and keep flogging it. Moving old tech when you have the Ariya ready. Don’t buy this , wait for the Ariya. Personally Hyundai Kona and Tesla shit all over Nissan right now. Terrible to sell 2011 tech now. Nothing amazing in 2021 about this.
ОтветитьSo does this one have battery temperature management?
Or will it cannibalise itself and in 4 years time will it only hold enough charge for 70kms like in the first gen?
For $60k people would go to Tesla
ОтветитьThat tiny mention of V2G or v2h is the only reason why you consider this car. This is a massive difference considering a Battery is about $10-$15k for a quarter of battery to the Leaf e+ there is where the value is as you can charge you whole house not just a IPhone or a gaming console. Otherwise there are so many better EV options out there or about to be released just for EV purposes.
ОтветитьThe BOSE box in the back is not what emits the audible alert on the exterior of the car. Thats the bass box for the sound system. Who does your research CarsGuide?
ОтветитьNissan what happened?
ОтветитьThere were reported cases on the series 1 leaf were the battery depleted its range after about 7y conveniently long after warranty expired which resulted in a replacement battery cost that exceeded the value of these ev and zero support from Nissan slash Renault .Have they solved the premature failure of the battery
ОтветитьI’ll have to call into the dealership and pick up a “leaflet”.
ОтветитьThat's awesome bro, doing a review in little Saigon Footscray park lol
Ответить$60000. That's obviously way too expensive. This car is worth about $29000.
ОтветитьYou lost me at “foot controlled park brake”. Junk.
ОтветитьOverrated!😪
ОтветитьDo a review of a Toyota prado gx pls
ОтветитьI'm not against EV/PHEV/Hybrid cars (especially since I have a RAV4 Hybrid on order), but i'm against sub standard cars like the leaf being sold, with their one and only selling point being an EV. It simply screams a lack of effort. Apart from the EV drivetrain, the ammenities and interior are poorer than vehicles around half its price (i30, Civic, Mazda 3)
ОтветитьAlthough I am not big on Electric cars, credit where credit is due, the LEAF looks pretty sharp. Big bicky's though so I guess it should
Ответить60K plus on-road costs....??? Good luck..
ОтветитьEx caradvice, always gets a skip ad and a thumbs down
