Dorm room 203 key is required for this quest. It has a chance to spawn in Dorm room 214 which is locked with the Dorm room 214 key or it can be found in drawers.

After you have obtained Dorm room 203 key head to the second floor of the three-story dorms on Customs. Go into dorm room 203 and look under the bed. The quest item is a large metal suitcase. After obtaining the Bank case head to your extraction and hand over the case to complete the quest.
