hey, i am new to python and i am trying to do the turtle library but even if i use your code it say AttributeError: partially initialized module 'turtle' has no attribute 'Pen' (most likely due to a circular import)

Can somebody please help me? When I try to execute it it shows the "builtins.ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tkinter'" error. It just creates a new files and shows an error (none of my friends have this problem)
