Spoilers! On a more serious note, perhaps you should use the pistol to weaken the Outsider next time you see one as it does less damage than the primary weapons. Since there's a good chance this could easily go wrong, maybe you should get the rookies to deal with it! Also: suppressed enemies can't move but they can still fire, it's "on tenterhooks" not "on tenderhooks", and it's "losing ground" not "loosing ground".

Ayaron could i make some minor changes to my soilder on the list? his name is wilson, hair/helmet = 15 (a helmet) armour colour = white

I will try to heal A.S.A.P Commander and also be more willful in battle. I recommend that you move all units then setup a firing solution.

oh and when a soldier is wounded they go back to basic weaponary and equipment so you do not have to find them and remove it to upgrade a new rookie

The Skeleton suits are almost ready. Better armour and build in grapnel hooks so you can Batman to the high ground. Should help. :O)

I think I still think of Outsiders as tougher than they are due to the problems in the first UFO crash mission. If next time I have enough troops in position I'll try opening up with pistols. :O)

You mean advance with everyone before taking any shots at all? That might help in some situations. :O)

Ah. Was wondering why I haven't had the problems PDTV has had with having to go unload equipment all the time. His soldiers don't get wounded all the time! :O)

This was a strategy I was mulling over the other day. Since there's little guarantee that your men will actually hit their targets, if you need to eliminate a particular hostile, you should focus all available firing power on the same target before moving onto the next one.
