In this episode, Dr. Eric Bryant interviews Dave Gibbons who serves as pastor of New Song Church in Orange County, CA and an advisor in the corporate world. He is the author of Xealots: Defying the Gravity of Normality, The Monkey and the Fish: Liquid Leadership for a Third-Culture Church, and his newest one which is his memoir The Shape of My Eyes: A Memoir of Race, Faith, and Finding Myself.

The conversation includes ideas on ministry in the marketplace, bringing justice to our broken world, and moving the church to become more like the X Men Academy than a megachurch.
