ОтветитьI can’t believe you didn’t correct the Giles guy when he stated that you need supplements to be vegan. That you need to take b12, iodine and such. First of all b12 is found on plants. B12 is created by bacteria in soils, and it is absorbed by plants. So plants have b12, and there are many plants that have lots of calcium, and iodine. Nori has a large level of iodine and b12!
We vegans keep yapping meat and dairy propaganda. This is how powerful these people are, when they can get everyone to say the same bull crap! Including vegans.

I love this chimp mind theory. Apparently us humans are not as evolved as we think we are, and going vegan really IS the next step om the evolutionary ladder. ❤❤
