When i in the house my body will itchy. Doctor say it is hives. Itchy with red bump all over my body. When i go outside or out of the house no itchyness at all. When i come bck to the house itchyness start. During sleeping time itchy also. Morning sleep wakeup itchy start.

U have no idea what u are talking about go back to school. This is why I had this for 23 years.its when the blood vessels underneath the skin to swell. So u have to shrink the vessel back down. I have hit the mark to now be classified as 'chronic hives.' When it first broke out, it was awful. After 3 days i finally went to urgent care and was given a week of steroids and antihistamine.
Since then, I pop 2-3 antihistamines everyday and it barely comes out. Red marks here and there. If I forgot to take a pill, then by night it will come out in a patch that itches.
Compared to most cases I've read, mine is the minorest of minor. Still, I want to be cured, cause why is my body doing this?
Up til now , im very healthy, fit, have no allergies except light hay fever in the spring, no sensitive skin.

I got hives after drinking a beverage with synthetic dye yellow 5… stopped drinking it !!! It two weeks to get this nasty chemical out of my body … no more hives … synthetic dyes are in so many drinks and foods in the US the most cancerous nation in the world… they are banned in other countries and rightly so!!!!… artificial dyes are made from petroleum!!!

I struggle with it recently started. 35 yrs old. It began under feet. Unable to walk without footwear. Then came on lips, eyes, on head forehead, neck, shoulders, thigh calves, almost all parts of body. Again it starts underfeet. Chin. Swelling changes face shape. Neibours asks me who are you. Can't make a free walk. Itchy, rubbing cause pain. So. Now i am living with.

Don’t accept chronic hives as diagnosis without having been tested for thyroid disease and other various diagnostics ran. Even a patient knows that they have chronic urticaria if they are somewhat intelligent. Most of these rashes are due to something going on inside the body.

What about Autoimmune causes that.

I’ve had chronic urticaria for the last 10 years and I believe what brought it on was being cut in tropical water in New Guinea which resulted in a large swelling and then a short time later after the swelling had gone down the chronic hives began daily and After many specialists Advised many different things I found that antihistamines helped in the short term but was eventually put on Xolair which whilst it doesn’t solve the problem does seem to give me relief but I take 3 injections every month and it’s still breaks out at the most in opportune times anywhere on the body. I feel for all the suffers of this terrible disease and I hope that one day it just disappears like the doctors say.

This video made me so so happy while watching. I was recently just diagnosed with chronic hives a month ago or I guess about 3 weeks ago. It really does suck, I had hives on my face and arms last night, sometimes they're all over my legs. It makes me cry and causes me to feel depressed but I know it won't always last. I just want it to stop soon, it started from my hands first, then spread to my feet and arms, then my legs. It hurts bad when my hands flare up badly. First I was diagnosed with eczema by a doctor who simply just seemed to make a guess, then I was told it was an allergy and then I was finally diagnosed with the idiopathic urticaria. It at least is a relief to know what it is now and to know there's more people out there with this condition.
