I just started playing and I don’t see it in my gear.

I have a question. If the Dark Arts Pack DLC has a Dark Arts Cosmetic Set, and the Dark Arts Cosmetic Set is the gear you showed in the video, and the Garisson hat is in the Cosmetic Set, does that mean that players / gamers don't need a additional Garison hat DLC to get it? If its already included in the Dark Arts Cosmetic Set...
