Does Playing as a different character on these seeds effect what artifacts/items drop?

Thanks for the seed and vid. even tho I get different artifacts and items - which is normal because I would have to play identically xD - what helped me the most is to know the layout of the maps. To know when the shop comes to decide to pickup a risky artifact or not. To know what is behind which secret door and if I can skip it.

I actually don't know how to loop. Can someone tell me how?
