Libraries Change Lives - Charles County Public Library

Charles County Public Library, Executive Director Janet Salazar speaks about why it is important for Charles County residents to attend the Dec. 5th County Commissioners Town Hall Meeting. The meeting, which starts at 6 pm, will be held at the County Administration Building, located at 200 Baltimore Street, La Plata.
