OMFG. I grew up in that era and never saw this movie. I cannot believe how this character perfectly mirrors Joe Biden. The irony is Lloyd was easier to understand. Right to the falling down the stairs and talking to pictures. He didn't teach Mongolians how to spear fight like Biden, nor did he contract cancer from oil that poured from the sky.
