Refinancing cost people money and homes are inflated in prices so buying now means you will be underwater with your home value later when you try an refi if they even allow you to refi since your home more than likely be worth much less than what you would buy it for now. Don't buy into this BS Realtors are always going to tell you to buy so they get their commission. They are also not able to give you true information about which places are best it's against the law they cannot show bias on locations.
