I have a leak issue that you may have an idea for. This is in my pool equipment going into my sand filter. A sand filter is a very large and heavy tub that is filled with sand where the water runs through it to filter out dirt and other impurities. While it can be opened up, emptied and moved around, it's a major PITA to do it. I have a 2" glued fitting going to a short length of PVC to a 2" Threaded fitting. The threaded fitting has now started leaking. I can't tighten it because the other side is glued. My current option is to cut everything off, empty the sand filter, shift it over about 3" to make room then tighten and glue everything back together.
Is there a way, using this technique or some other, to fix the leaky threaded fitting with all the steps above?

Instead of doing all the messes stuff with egg , if you use baking powder, talcum powder , or any detergent powder on the leaking point and then pour few drops on the powder the powder become hard tile a steel and stop the water leake. I have used this technique dozens of time
