How to use Advanced sizing & units with Wix Studio

Not being able to turn on advanced sizing for the entire site is driving me back to Editor X, haha.

Why don't I have that arrow on the right??? I cant even see the advance sizing mode! its driving me crazy!

Is this wix editor or Editor x? I dont understand why dont I have that panel on the right and at the top I only have desktop and mobile mode but not the tablet mode??
