Ok now after about the 30th listen through, I'm convinced that they built the perfect song and then brutally murdered it.

There's a massive build after the last chorus which you know in your gut can only go one way: Massive soaring John Petrucci ballad spec solo. I mean make the guitar weep, make a frigging waterfall come out of it. Then reprise the chorus and bring it home, maybe throw in a key change. Come on boys, go back and fix the end and you've got an absolute banger.

As it stands this is just an unfinished project and I reckon you know it too.

Im not even kidding, I've dedicated so many hours to doing things related to this band. Some things that I will do and I've done related to the band is drawing Vessel, (Im doing the other members soon) making my whole outfit inspired by this band, (with jewelry with Sleep Token letters on it or the song names, pins made by me of the Sleep Token logo, and shirts) talking about them constantly to ny friends and begging them to listen to their songs, putting a flag on my wall, (Take Me Back To Eden logo on it) painting ny nails inspired by them, like literally even the band teacher and my choir teacher at my school knows this band and told me they love it so much, thats how addicted I am to this band. I love this band to death and I will be going to a concert if they come back to a specific part of the world because they arent touring at the moment where I'm at. Seriously though I'm so upset that I missed the concert when they performed it near me. 😔🤘

I think this is the right move. Chester is not replaceable and the uniqueness of his voice is what made LP stand out to me. So this feels good, like it's still LP just new. I'm not a fan of new(er) LP but that's just how life changes and people change. I think this is good and I feel they made the right moves as a band. Best of wishes to them and the new member who fits in well with the sound LP has grown into
