Florida Route A1A is definitely one of the most scenic and well traveled highways in the state and the east coast. So much to see and do, this is why Florida is such a popular vacation and travel destination!

Oddly enough, A1A's northern terminus is actually in the little town of Callahan, about 20 miles NNW of Jacksonville and about 25 miles inland (west) of the nearest beach. That stretch is also FL SR 200 until it turns south at Fernandina Beach. C'mon Randy, you can't leave Callahan out of this series...haha!
