Kurt was such a legit badass, and awesome worker, that he could play a complete dweeb and it didn't hurt his credibility one bit.

Kurt and steve couldnt stop laughing during this segment, it took them a long time to do it to the point where McMahon was going to fine them $10000 if they didn't stop.

I read vince nearly fined these two because they couldn't stop laughing when. Kurt put the hat on. You can eve see Austin break and start smiling when he turns and sees the hat on kurt. Probably one of the funniest promos ever. I don't know how Steve and vince kept a straight face
