It's kind of hard for me to understand why a company would ask to use a video in their marketing without seeing the video first. Just because you gave them one positive review doesn't mean they'll all be positive. :)

And I have to agree with you: For the kind of money they're charging, some kind of hi-res codec is really a must-have, unless you have a fruit logo on them.
