AOA With all due respect Danyal Bhai - the practicality of large 22-foot ornate doors, double height ceilings and rooms which may be visually stunning, but they indeed pose a challenge from the perspective of 1) damage from frequent use, 2) cleaning and maintenance difficulties and 3) potential logistics issues. When designing luxurious home, aesthetics must be balanced with durability and maintenance in mind. I assumed there would be another normal door for staff to enter. Plus, there were no mention of staff quarters - in such homes a minimum of 3-4 rooms would be required.

Bro, I would certainly like to view more practical and economical homes by Mazhar Mounir in Islamabad, where I reside. Pls do show 10-marla to 1 kanal or townhouses as a second or couple home.
