YogaRhymes, as the base of our KiDo Kids Yoga teacher trainings, have been going strong since 2006. Those catchy rhymes kids love to memorize and repeat with the poses, have traveled the four corners of the world.
Our teachers are instructed not only how to teach and play yoga with all ages of children, but also how to incorporate sensory learning with Young Living essential oils.

We have trained teachers to lead classes with infants, toddlers and children up to teens, everywhere from Tokyo to Paris and Miami to Mexico. We are a Registered Children's Yoga School with Yoga Alliance offering online and in-person trainings.
