This episode was glorious.
The joke at the start (I didn’t watch Snowy Sled Dogs so it took me by surprise), the chaos at the start (and indeed it’s similarly to the first episode. Difference is drowning vs burning and the ability to reroll the save). The getting deterred by a completely random Sim (I assume something backstory related).
Just so much chaos condensed together.

Making a side series for the sole purpose of playing with axolotls is a big mood and I approve. The intro to this made me laugh, though I am so sorry that the Sims higher powers decided to subject you to chaos today! <3

Hi Seri! I was wondering if you'd ever be interested in planning the 'lifegen' mod for Clangen? It makes you able to play as a specific cat, talk to other cats, have your own kits, etc.

I had a save where my sims had three children. And I guess because children can cause some glitching, the other household members for some reason kept forgetting to feed themselves. I had to manually save their father from starving twice. Then the leader of the house suddenly starved to death and his friend plead for him. I was doing some maintenance because the ghosts kept breaking stuff and all the sudden my sim's first son starved while food was being made. When the third child grew into a teen, he became a fire magnet, and literally EVERY TIME a household member would try to cook something, it would start a fire. When it actually got him, it stopped, so on his urn I wrote 'curse of the highly flamable'

My favorite ever Sims series is baaaaaaaack 🎉😂 and it's off to a typically Sims chaos start

Just a little tip in case of any future fires (where a sim in your household catches fire): Have the burning sim as your active sim, click directly on them, then you should see an Extinguish self button! Sometimes other sims will autonomously put themselves or others out. But fires tend to be pretty glitchy…A really unfortunate start.

as for building/decorating, save the progress to your library every so often that way if do have an incident with sims, can start anew again with a story with same house. same sims too if still have them saved in library.
