How to Respond to the Toxicity of this World

Patience, the ability to refrain from whims and desires. The resilient, calm endurance of the tribulations in one’s life. The attitude of equanimity in the face of the uncontrollable. And the acceptance of the Universe’s and Allah’s decree.

It is a super trait to build and utilise in our daily lives. With there being three fundamental types of patience that will change the attitude we have towards life, the conflicts, and the challenges that it presents. It will allow us to see through the ignorant and limited perspective we and others hold as well as teaching us to master conflict and overall learn. Becoming the best versions of ourselves.

Patience's must be one of our key foundations in life. As with patience, we can build character and gentleness and respond with justice and reduce the toxicity of our generation.
