Join this session as we explore how foundations and endowments can align investments to create a financial commons that restores access, land, and capacity for regenerative wealth generation within communities. We will also delve into how wealth and power have been concentrated while neglecting the frontline communities most affected by the climate crisis: Indigenous, Black, working class, and people of color. By supporting environmental justice communities and their solutions, we can address not only greenhouse gas emissions but also pollution, health inequity, economic disenfranchisement, and systemic racism.
