Installing Skyrim ENB Mods 2 - Project ENB (realistic)

i just finished installing and started the game. when i press new save i am sitting in the wagon and everyone's faces is fucked up! they have no eyes! hair is far far more back on their head. everyone looks fucked up! and the children! oh my god the children! but when i deactivate the enb, everything looks fine... but when i turn it on again, OH MY GOD THE CHILDREN!!!! how do i fix this!!?

am i gonna install the wrapper version and the injector version? or one of them?

it's working but getting a huge fps hit from constant 60fps vanila and a previous install of skyrim with 160 mods but no enb and still getting a constant 60fps to just enb installed and no mods getting 14-18fps

I TRIED THIS SHIT STEP BY STEP FOR 2 DAYS STRAIGHT DOING NOTHING ELSE BUT THIS, IT STILL FUCKING CRASHES ON STARTUP, DONT FUCKING DARE TELL ME I DIDNT DO EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID BECASUE I MOST CERTAINLY DID AND MY COMPUTER IS FUCKING BEAST

I'm pretty new to this and I just want to know how do you know which one to use? Injector or Wrapper?

Every time I open the game it crashes after the bethesda logo. It says "enb series" and all that stuff so I know I installed it correctly. What are the reasons for this?? Is my GPU not powerful enough? I have a GTX 960 and 60 mods installed already with only a noticeable FPS drop running ultra ...

The moment I have copied the files d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe to my Skyrim folder Mod Organizer no longer starts up Skyrim. How can I fix this?

How the fuck does this run at 2-3 fps with some places where it goes up to 16 fps when I have an i7 4770k and a gtx 760 OC 4gb ram....WTF!I'm not playing crysis 3 4k for Christ sake and even that runs better than 2-3 fps.

Wtf so i did everything the way he did but when i go start the skse loader nothing happens it just doesnt load.

On the Project ENB page it says "Open enblocal.ini and set the VideoMemorySizeMb parameter (e.g. VRAM + RAM - 2048)"
It currently reads "VideoMemorySizeMb=1024 // VRAM + RAM - 2048", I have a 2GB GTX 770, and 8GB of RAM. So I need to change 1024 to 8192, correct?

Not sure how, but I have a quick warning for anyone who wants to do this, may or may not have been real, was easily taken care of, but upon installing the ENBseries thing and extracting it, my antivirus alerted me of malware, can easily be terminated with the antivirus but just a quick warning... (and yes I used the right site, made sure of that) Quick little edit, it had something to do with the wrapper folder in it.

after installing i tried starting skyrim through steam, and now there are a million little windows flashing up saying this is enb memory host process for enb, and something about starting automatically and what not, and they wont go away... can anyone help, PLEASE

files in my Skyrimprefs.ini ... Are those essential because I did everything for the Wrapper one and then experienced issues so I reverted to the Injector one and I still ran into issues, but then when I (experimented) ran the game as an administrator, it played fine without the ENB and gave me purple grass.

I'm at the brink of just giving up on this ENB.

So I have a gtx 970 and an amd fx 8350 also 8gb of ram. What performance does anyone reckon i would get??
If I HAD to guess I'm expecting like... Late 30's to mid 50's ??

+Gopher In my Project enb file there is a lot more things than what you copied and pasted (injector)

what should i tweak in the enbseries.ini, i have problems such as sunglare cliping through objects and superbright snow whrere i cant even see the textures of it.

This video is no longer relevant to this mod. Or vice versa. I've done this 3 times and crashes on startup every time.

i dropped to like 1 FPS on the lowest graphics setting with my gtx 970, something doesn't seem right here

UPDATE I mixed up the enblocal VRAM number with the videomemorysixe number, i doubled it and now it works great! looks fantastic

I really wish you would have said to use the injector version first if you have SKSE, because that messed me up a lot and now my game refuses to load up. Looks like I have to start over and get ALL my mods back now......sigh.....

Am I the only one who comes to Gopher when I need answers to modding Bethesda games, or just harder to install mods?

So the thing is I have a really beefy computer i7 quadcore 3,6hz, 16gb Ram, Geforce GTX970 and stuff. But for some reason I get like really low fps when I'm moving the mouse too fast.

The ENBinjector file was detected by my AVG antivirus as a threat. And my fps go's from 30 to 3, all colors wrong like my monitor was going to explode or something. Now i can't copy the ENBinjector file anymore because of this. And the wrapper version is not working for..... WHAT... THE FUCK.. Anyone know what the hell even happend just now to my pc???????

I followed the instructions in this video to a tee yet when i went to start up skyrim it says "skyrim launcher has stopped working" is there a solution to this problem? I don't believe I did anything wrong I followed instructions exactly game was working perfectly fine before this. Can anybody help me or provide a solution? I really don't want to uninstall and clean everything out and lose my current mods.

When i extracted the file, it did not come with the Realistic, Fantasy, Cintematic etc.

PLEASE READ!! The trick to installing Project ENB is to DELETE dxgi.dll. Why? Because this is just another d3d9.dll file which you should already have from ENBoost. I struggled sooooo much with this. My game wouldn't start or I would crash when the Bethesda logo came. Nothing helped except deleting that file. On a side note Project ENB and the other ENB's by the same mod author is really tricky to install, but well worth it.
