Can YouTube Shorts Be 3 Minutes (PROS & CONS)

Technically first 3minute short

For me, the only advantage I can imagine at this moment is that when I have a message that takes me just over a minute to get the point across, I no longer have to stress out about which few seconds to cut out in order to trim the message down to under 59 seconds.

Absolutely it's helpful, especially for people how making a daily vlogs or cooking tutorials .

Why I still see like normal video?

I'm going to assume that the watch time from these 3 min shorts do not count toward becoming monetize the traditional path.

Can you cut the 3 minute shorts from long form videos like you can from 60 second shorts Herman? 😊
