If you're here from Act 2... You won't find the Duke by searching in Moonrise Towers or the prison, ladies and Germs fans. Do the questlines that seem most obvious to progress the plot, whether you're playing good or evil, doesn't matter. The story will progress, all will become clear.

That's all I shall say to avoid spoilers.
