Just care when trading on tradeit or DMarket, you can get lowballed for your skin so bloody hard, I was going to trade my ST WW awp containment breach for a different one and I saw the price being 100 dollars and I thought that was odd because it was around 170-180 last I checked so I searched the skin on both sites and they were going to rip me off for a full 100 bucks, just care I don’t think it applies to every skin but just check how much you’re losing before you trade it

Dmarket isnt reliable at all if it works it works but if something goes wrong for example your funds are being withheld you can basically say bye bye to your money just saying. Just use float

I like putting money on the gambling sites like roll and waiting to snipe 0% markup skins that end up being cheaper than if I went to skin port or cs float . Only problem is sometimes a good one pops up you don’t have enough balance and in the time it takes to add funds the skin is gone and now you have more money sitting and waiting for something decent

Let me give you a rundown of CSFloat and Skinport.

For buying... I'm biased, 100% CSFloat, because of the low fees, you're unlikely to be paying any premiums.

For selling, you want to use CSFloat, low fees, and item stays in your inventory until purchased.
For skins with a low buy rate - not many sold per month, use skinport, set and forget. can do the same on CSFloat, but it's more for your adept traders.
skinport is is a easy to use, more publicity from sponsorship, so selling hard to sell items can be easier here. just mind the fees.

Dmarket is ass. They keep your skins/funds hostage until you do their KYC which has you write "payment to dmarket" holding your card and id. Had to go through support for a couple days and ended up just cancelling my card and reporting it as fraud. Horrid service thats also not very secure, plenty of fake bots.
