S623 MCC Flight Training Device

This is the S623 MCC (multi-crew co-ordination) synthetic flight trainer certified under CASA's FSD2 Category B. although it is setup with the King Air B200 for MCC training it can also be converted to other aircraft types, such as, Seneca III, Baron 58 and various singles.

This installation shows a 5 channel visual system giving a 220 deg panoramic out of window view. The cockpit is on castors allowing it to be rolled out allowing the included single control open cockpit Helo trainer, the MH-350, to be rolled into the visual system. Unfortunately the MH-350 is difficult to see clearly.

The computer rack uses 6 computers to run the simulator, each visual channel has its own server PC to ensure a high frame rate.

This device allows following credits:
- 20 out of the 40 hrs for a command instrument rating
- 2 out of the 3 hours for IFR recency
- all the approach currencies.
