ОтветитьI found this video accidentally after a yoga for anxiety practice. I was feeling extremely anxious but I decided to try it and move my body a bit. It really calmed me and help me realise maybe there is nothing wrong with my body. Thank you very much for this! ❤ I will try other videos from your channel as well :)
