Ответить@narezul @narezul You know I think your right, im hitting harder than ever .This was the 8th combeback session. Im training twice a day every day , running, weights etc.im only doing 2 punching workouts a week, a get plenty of time to rest up and have some serious power..I have dropped from 240lbs to 212lb and Im still punching harder!I'm looking to get down to 209lbs by end of FEB. I know for sure I can make the 200lb cruser weight, with diet and sauna, make the weight and fight at 215lbs !
