I'm currently trying to make a 10th doctor SFM model into a playermodel. He is rigged onto a valvebiped skeleton done by me. But this is where I get stuck. How do I update the .smd to recompile the .qc?

What are the limitations when making a playermodel? Do I need to have all bones from the Valve-rig? Like, what if my model doesn't have room for a collar bone?
