As veteran crim player.
Never wear tier 3 armor its expensive and didnt protect you from heavy fire and just draw way too much unwanted attention and will make you a target to the whole server and honestly just not worth the risk and a waste of money.
I advice to wear t-1 or t-2 armor its much much cheaper pretty easy to find offer good protection againts medium or ligth fire and also wont draw as much attention as t-3 will.
And also a random tips: if you are using tier 1 or 2 armor i advice using something more expensive than the deagle like the tommy gun or aks-74u to maximilize combat capability
