This is the funniest shit I’ve seen in a while. The whole part with Anakin and Padme’s time in Naboo had me dying!

Never actually watched these reviews all the way through because the weird kidnap skits were just so damn unfunny and out of place. So cheers for this edit.

The last Jedi is the greatest Star movers movie I don't care what anyone says Luke Skywalker in that movie was so amazing. I honestly can't wait to see where they take Ray in the next trilogy I'm glad she took the last name Skywalker it fits her

I'm not offended by any of the subplot stuff, I just always found it really boring and pointless and did nothing but detract from the reason I came to the video in the first place. I'm here to listen to Plinkett complain about Star Wars, I don't care about the kidnapping subplot. I just want a film rant. So thanks, makes it much more watchable and easy to revisit, no need to zip ahead or suffer through it bored as fuck hahah

One of the things that always confused me about this movie (even as a kid) was how the clone army came to be. There’s this invisible subplot about how some Jedi dude ordered them and then died mysteriously, but the movie never fully addresses it and none of the characters seem to really care. It’s like George had an idea but then realized the movie didn’t have enough time, so he ditched it but accidentally left in some of the dialogue.

I did actually contemplate becoming a film school teacher at one point (only because I was unemployed and the job was going) and would've appreciated edits like this for being more classroom appropriate :P

"Women like it when you ask them questions about things. They like to talk about themselves a lot and don't really care what you have to say." This whole romance analysis always makes me feel so self-aware, it's genius. And all the things Mike mentions as very obvious faults of Anakin's character as a man are turn-offs for me as well, it's hilarious I never consciously picked up on this.

Attack of the Clones is the prequel I've always hated the most and until the Plinkett reviews I never really put it together why. I didn't realize it was the artificiality of the romance that drove me so crazy.

Attack of the Clones is by far the worst big budget movie I’ve ever seen. It’s so much worse than both Phantom Menace or Revenge of the Sith, and those movies are also really bad.

How did you manage to fuck up cutting out the nadine scenes ?

The glaring issue to me with Annakin is that he's supposed to be a true genius with a special connection to the Force, which is itself a semi-sentient, omniscient phenomenon that's related to all existence; He isn't just an idiot-savant, so it makes zero sense that he'd be arrogant or lack understanding, when only the people who fail on a test think they did well (true fact btw), and the ones who ace the test are the ones who either know objectively that they did well or missed a couple of questions. Basically, I'm saying his flaws only exist for the writer's convenience whilst being in stark contrast with his character, it makes sense that he'd cause problems for/upset others by overly relying on his gifts, but it doesn't make sense that he'd behave like a pouty child with a god-complex and an inability to correctly judge a situation/people.

I'm confused. This still has Nadine clips and the random girls. What's the point of this edit?

AOTC is so bad it hurts, like a bad soap opera, it even looks like one with the horrible turn of the century digital image quality. You can shit on the sequels all you want, they're cinematic masterpieces compared to this crap, even the godawful EP9.
