Beautiful house. How would you move it? Do you have a truck you'd drive yourself? Or would you hire someone to move it? For me, not owning the land would have me in fear of one day the park owner selling to developers. Happened in my city where a mobile home park was up for sale. Luckily, park residents were able to band together and buy the park for themselves.

Her nonnegotiables are exactly what I also cannot love without. This is a great example! Thank you!

The kitchen is perfect! Love everything about this THOW, especially being able to have a tub in the bathroom. Very important when you have dogs. And I do like a bath over a shower.

Nice house.. I own a 2 bedroom house . I m by my self . But every time someone asking can they stay they can’t af their rent .. so next year I plan to get something small . Where there will be no extra room for anyone.

Adelina, I love your tiny house but couldn't live there. I have a bad back, knees & right hip so going up the steps to the bedroom would not work for me. I love the layout except for that. I went & checked out your channel & you seem to have a lot of informative videos so I subscribed.

How much land and built?

People say "you don't own property" - but you do! You own your own home (barring a small loan, she mentioned). You're only paying rent for the land you sit the tiny house on (and in some cases, services like water and energy). This is a lovely house and in no way "less than". I would love to live there, but I can't do stairs any more, alas. It's been designed so well for her needs and she has made it cosy and comfortable as well as airy and attractive.

I like the layout and would make slight changes, like put it on a foundation so it feels more permanent. I love the kitchen and living area, but anyone who is taller than five foot two would be hard-pressed in the bedroom--but the side windows are great. The bathroom should have a walk-in tub with a shower feature. Radiant floor heat would be great, especially for a Canadian winter, but you probably can't have it in a trailer. Storage is everything...
The width is cramping, but like anything, you get used to it.
Would love to have a remote job...
All that said, this is the template of what I'm looking for...
