Nice looking screen but, the delay due to Bluetoothing this unit over the truck unit is horrible. Videos do not sync and the phone calls lag . . .

I have unlimited internet through onstar — I don’t want to use CarPlay , but I do want to use my phone .
How do I get it to stop jumping back and forth from “ my Chevrolet “ and “GT6-BT” ?
I would like to merge my contacts that I have on my iPhone with the unit ?
I would like to still see who is calling , come up on the screen as well as my phone .
My contact list does not sync with the steering wheel controls to make a call .
It seems like I am forced to use CarPlay if I want to sync my contacts ?
I seems as if I have to switch back and forth from “my Chevrolet “ and “GT6-BT” ???
I have everything else that I want installed .
Sometimes when I turn the truck on - it didn’t save my wallpaper and I have to open the app and set the wallpaper I want all over again - and organize the apps I had on each page — that is very frustrating.
