ОтветитьTry red chilli, mustard, methi fried and mild flakes type grinding and turmaric powder not fried but warmed on the pan. It gives more spicy. Adding hing is one nice ingredient. Good for 10 days after 2 days of preservation. I tried with sesame oil. Just like South Indian style. Great idea

ОтветитьI tried this recipe at home and followed all the instructions obediently...still I couldn't get the required taste I was craving for. Luckily mother's recipe imported Achar was available at a supermarket so I bought one and mixed it with the one prepared at home, and the taste was fantastic
