Everything he said was correct. We have put together tours for Disney, FYE, Nickelodeon & more since 2000. The bus situation actually costs a bunch more when you don't own the buses. There's the driver's per diem, the driver's hotel cost, overdrive cost (if you go over 8 hours legally), the talent's hotel costs, fuel, generator costs, bus cleaning, satellite/internet cost, bus linens, & permit. So much crazy stuff when it comes to touring.

My thinking is buses were likely the only vehicles not appreciating in value during Covid. If that’s true, buying the buses during that time was a helluva good investment for them.

That’s why they sign those “bad deals” 99% of people have no clue what it cost to promote one artist. Those buses go up to a million no problem. When you need a bed and bathroom on it 💰 goes up fast.

I have my CDL A and i can tell you when we hear or feel certain things you know whats wrong with your truck/bus. Especially if youve had to fix it or wait for a wrecker for 7 hours. Some things cant be fixed without technicians though

Yeah like everyone is saying I like this brother. He genuine and informative especially if I’m looking to get in the field he’s telling you the things that’s going to impact you CRAZY when one is in this field let alone on the road work. Logistics is in itself a department needing of a team so I can imagine the curve is crazy for the managers getting hit right nd left ppl like him need their own podcast with courses teaching ppl who wish to become managers of their homeboy who raps but hadn’t went to college for it .
