You get an education to learn how to learn. That’s what makes you future proof

US education is overpriced, at least at mainstream universities. If it didn’t burden most people with ridiculous debt, then I’d encourage it more, but if you come from a middle class family or below, and unless you plan on being a lawyer or engineer or doctor, it’s really not worth going into thousands of $$$ in debt to go into any of these expensive universities or institutions, and it’s better to go study or get certified in something else that’s also practical but more affordable in much more accessible schools or programs.

Yes... become a debt slave chasing pipe dreams, or else. Besides, they need someone to pour over ceaseless script retroactively, in a feeble attempt at understanding exactly what AI is had done. Followed by hopefully getting some idea of what it's doing.
