Some ingredients measure in grams and some are in cup so how can one treat weight of ingredients in cup so it's easily spoil the ratio

This is not correct fish fry masala . Garamasala not used in fish fry it's only use chicken and mutton curry. 👎👎 Fail fish masala.

Some ingridients are in cups some are in grams can you give all measurments in grams or kgs.???

For those who ask why isn't she fry all together is because each spice has different points of heating, if you try to fry all together 1st the mustard will burn and 2nd fenugreek.
You have to off the flame b4 frying the mustard
