RimWorld Hardest Difficulty Vanilla Speedrun!

started watching this and thought "how bad could the rimworld speedruns be? I imagine theres some silly duping or something" Checked it out, any% is just split the party to manipulate/prepare for the ship spawn, wait on forage until its here, then go in the ship with whatever guy is closest and then wait like 15 minutes for the credits to hit. Actually dreadful. I dont blame you for not wanting that.

Great job! For me, this is where I find joy in Rimworld: No gamebreaking mods and crazy DLC's, just a hardcore but rewarding experience that hoans your skills and makes you appreciate this game. Good job! I really enjoyedd watching!

Not bad, but I love to play with mods, also then you can't burrow / bunker, destroy walls, etc.
Makes the game a lot better in my opinion, less easier.

I just found this channel and I think your personality rocks man! Ive been playing rimworld since it was in beta back in 2014-16. I remember it was around 5$ on their website and they would email you like 5 copies of the game and when they updated it you would get 5 more! I was in a small high school so its safe to say the whole entirety of the school was playing rimworld. Im glad to see someone who makes rimworld videos doing well!

I stumbled upon your stream when it popped up in my feed, i am not the type of gamer that looks up how to videos and enjoy just playing games and figuring them out myself ... saying that Rimworld had stumped me, been playing since launch and had many runs but all would end mid game, i could handle mechs but the tribals would just swarm me and that would end the run. I also never realised that wealth was such a big thing and i would build nice bedrooms with marble everything and store lots of supplies .... after watching this vod i had a light bulb moment and realised why i was failing every run. Started a new run managed my wealth and built your burn box (OMG that is overpowered and removes a lot of mid/late game problems with tribals and manhunters) anyway i had my first space launch so thank you .

I think the speedrun should be based on how many in-game days it took to escape the planet instead of a real-time stopwatch to time speedruns imo.
