Recipe: kulich kruffin with poppy lemon filling!

For the dough:
500 g flour (may take more)
160g sugar
20g of live yeast
140 g eggs (I use 3 yolks and 1 egg)
150 g milk
180 g of 82,5% butter
3 g salt
For the filling:
150 g poppy seeds
150 g milk
100 g sugar
The zest of one lemon

1. Mix the flour with the sugar and salt.
2. Stir in warm milk, stir in yeast and add eggs.
3. Gradually pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients, kneading the dough.
4. Add softened butter in small portions, knead until elastic (the dough will be sticky to your hands)
5. Leave in a warm place for two hours, do not forget to cover with cling film
6. Knead again for 10-12 minutes, the dough will be very soft and pliable
7. Leave in the fridge overnight, and cover the bowl with cling film.
8. For the filling, boil washed poppy seeds with milk and zest, so that they become softer and absorb moisture. Leave to cool completely.
9. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer, put the filling, roll up, cut and shape into kraffin.
10. Leave in molds to rise in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
11. Bake at 170C for 30 minutes, check readiness with a dry skewer.
12. Take out of the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
