Mini, Mini Wizard of Oz land update at Movie World! The work walls at the entrance to the land have been removed, and replaced by temporary fencing. Could an the opening date for the Wizard of Oz precient be coming soon? We also get our first looky at the models for Dorothy & the gang! Stay tuned for more updates on Wizard of Oz at Movie World!
Wizard of Oz is a brand new themed area opening at Movie World in late 2024. It will feature two new Roller Coaster rides: Flight of the Wicked Witch and Kansas Twister, along with a lot of Wizard of Oz theming based on the 1933 classic film.

My guess is the 19th of December. Yesterday I was going online to purchase a fast track ticket for my January visit. Everytime I've gone in recent years (and earlier this year), you could book fast track well in advance. But not this time, every date past December 19th is blacked out. My suspicion is that they are adding the new coasters onto the fast past deal to align with the opening date, or they are just altering the fast past in general

When I went on the bat wing ride I saw everything from above and it looked all redey with the coasters and decor looking amazing hoping it opens soon🤗🤗🤗

I know Wicked is a Universal IP but im glad that Warner Bros is opening their Wizard of Oz land at around the same time as the movie comes out

great to get back to movie world for a update work walls has gone down cant wait to see the wizard of oz land open i saw the promo for it on my tv at night and loved it so I cant wait to ride those 2 themed coasters! were you ok with the rain Ogre? there's the broom! cant wait to take a photo with them figures TIN MAN!!! well That was a great update and really loved the video cant wait for next update
