I'm currently weighing in at 175. My A1C is 5.5 and blood pressure is normal.
To say it's been a struggle would be an understatement; especially with health issues beyond my control. I have hypothyroid and after having my hysterectomy....whew lawd!!
But I do what I can to keep myself from becoming a diabetic and developing high blood pressure which both run in my family. My father died from a heart attack.
Sometimes I log my food via MyfitnessPal but for the most part, I know what I can and can't eat. Do I restrict myself? Not all the time. Have I "fallen off the wagon" on this journey? Absolutely! However, I don't beat myself up about it.
I'm not sure what I will do about the extra skin. Either way, I still wear and rock what I want.
